Triskele Solutions was founded by Luke Murray following almost 20 years experience across Local Authorities, Community and Acute Heath Trusts, and the Voluntary Sectors.

Luke led the design, development and submission of Nottingham's successful bid for £45m of National Lottery funding.  He then led the implementation, set up, and delivery of the programme post the funding award.

​

As well as bid writing and business development, Luke has an extensive background in data, insight, strategy and policy.  Luke has worked alongside universities including Warwick, Oxford and LSE to design multi-million pound longitudinal studies and commission service evaluations. 

​

Luke is an expert in Service Design and Implementation, with experience leading on large cross partnership programmes such as Joint Strategic Needs Assessments and Troubled Families Programmes.  He has designed outcomes and performance frameworks for both Local Authorities and NHS Trusts.

Luke provides business management consultancy for a range of organisations.  He holds both the Prince 2 and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) qualifications, and is a graduate of the NHS Leadership Academy.
